目的 研究复方芦丁片联合米索前列醇片治疗产后出血的临床疗效。方法 选取2016年1月—2018年12月桂林市第二人民医院收治的80例产后出血患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和治疗组，每组各40例。对照组患者口服米索前列醇片，0.6 mg/次；治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服复方芦丁片，1片/次，3次/d。7 d为1个疗程，两组患者持续治疗2个疗程。观察两组患者的临床疗效，比较两组治疗前后的出血量、止血时间和血清生化指标水平。结果 治疗后，治疗组总有效率为97.50%，显著高于对照组的87.50%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，治疗组患者2 h、2～24 h出血量和止血时间均显著低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组一氧化氮（NO）、一氧化氮合酶（NOS）和脑钠素（BNP）水平均显著降低（P<0.05）；且治疗组血清生化指标水平显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 复方芦丁片联合米索前列醇片治疗产后出血具有较好的临床疗效，能够降低患者出血量，缩短止血时间，且安全性较高，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To study the clinical study of Compound Rutin Tablets combined with Misoprostol Tablets in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Patients (80 cases) with postpartum hemorrhage in Second People's Hospital of Guilin from January 2016 to December 2018 were divided into control and treatment groups by random number table, and each group had 40 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Misoprostol Tablets, 0.6 mg/time. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Compound Rutin Tablets on the basis of control group, 1 tablet/time, three times daily. A course of treatment had 7 d, and patients in two groups were treated for 2 courses. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and bleeding amount, hemostasis time, and serum biochemical index levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the treatment group was 97.50%, which was significantly higher than 87.50% in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the amount of bleeding after 2 h and 2-24 h, and the hemostasis time in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of NO, NOS, and BNP in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). And the levels of serum biochemical indexes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Rutin Tablets combined with Misoprostol Tablets has good clinical efficacy in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage, can reduce the bleeding amount, and shorten hemostasis time, with high safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
