目的 探讨益中生血片联合琥珀酸亚铁治疗缺铁性贫血的临床效果。方法 选取2017年1月—2018年9月南阳市中心医院收治的缺铁性贫血患者142例，随机分成对照组（71例）和治疗组（71例）。对照组餐后30 min口服琥珀酸亚铁片，2片/次，3次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上饭后口服益中生血片，6片/次，3次/d。两组均连续治疗8周。观察两组患者临床疗效，同时比较治疗前后两组患者主要症状积分、红细胞参数、淋巴细胞数（LYM#）及铁代谢相关指标。结果 治疗后，对照组患者临床有效率为87.3%，显著低于治疗组的97.2%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组主要症状积分及其总分均显著下降（P<0.05），且治疗组这些症状评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者外周血中血红蛋白（HGB）、红细胞平均体积（MCV）、平均血红蛋白含量（MCH）、平均血红蛋白浓度（MCHC）和LYM#值均显著升高（P<0.05），且治疗组HGB、MCV、MCH、MCHC和LYM#值明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者血清铁（SI）和血清铁蛋白（SF）水平及转铁蛋白饱和度（TS）值较治疗前均显著升高（P<0.05），血清总铁结合力（TIBC）水平和血清可溶性运铁蛋白受体（sTRF）浓度显著降低（P<0.05），且治疗组患者这些指标明显好于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 益中生血片联合琥珀酸亚铁治疗缺铁性贫血，可有效减轻患者贫血症状，提高机体免疫力，纠正体内铁代谢紊乱。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yizhong Shengxue Tablets combined with ferrous succinate in treatment of iron deficiency anemia. Methods Patients (142 cases) with iron deficiency anemia in Nanyang City Central Hospital from January 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into control (71 cases) and treatment (71 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Ferrous Succinate Tablets 30 minutes after meal, 2 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yizhong Shengxue Tablets after meal on the basis of the control group, 6 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the main symptom scores, the erythrocyte parameters and LYM# value, and the iron metabolism related indicators in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 87.3%, which was significantly lower than 97.2% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the main symptom scores and total scores in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the HGB, MCV, MCH, MCHC, and LYM# of peripheral blood in two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the erythrocyte parameters and LYM# value in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the SI and SF levels, and TS value in two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), but serum TIBC and sTRF levels were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and these indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Yizhong Shengxue Tablets combined with ferrous succinate in treatment of iron deficiency anemia can effectively alleviate the symptoms of anemia, improve immunity and correct iron metabolism disorder.
