目的 观察胃复春片联合兰索拉唑治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法 选取天津市津南区咸水沽医院2016年12月—2017年6月接诊的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者62例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各31例。对照组饭后口服兰索拉唑肠溶片，30 mg/次，1次/d；治疗组在对照组基础上口服胃复春片，4片/次，3次/d。两组患者均治疗8周。观察两组患者临床疗效，同时比较治疗前后两组患者症状评分、血清炎性因子和血清氧化应激水平。结果 治疗后，对照组临床有效率为80.65%，显著低于治疗组的90.32%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者乏力、隐痛、胃脘胀满、纳差症状评分均明显下降（P<0.05），且治疗组这些症状评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、IL-8水平均明显低于治疗前（P<0.05），且治疗组IL-6、TNF-α、IL-8水平明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）和NO水平均明显升高（P<0.05），且治疗组SOD和NO水平明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 胃复春片联合兰索拉唑治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎效果明显，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Weifuchun Tablets combined with lansoprazole in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods Patients (62 cases) with chronic atrophic gastritis in Jinnan Xianshuigu Hospital of Tianjin City, from December 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 31 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Lansoprazole Enteric-coated Tablets after meals, 30 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Weifuchun Tablets on the basis of the control group, 4 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the symptom scores, the serum inflammatory factors and the levels of oxidative stress in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 80.65%, which was significantly lower than 90.32% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the symptom scores of fatigue, dull pain, epigastric fullness, and poor appetite in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the IL-6, TNF-α, and IL-8 levels in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the serum inflammatory factors levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the SOD and NO levels in two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the SOD and NO levels in the treatment group were significantlyhigher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Weifuchun Tablets combined with lansoprazole in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis has significant clinical effect, which has a certain clinical application value.
