目的 探讨固本咳喘颗粒联合沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的临床疗效。方法 选取2017年2月—2018年11月荆门市第二人民医院收治的120例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和治疗组，每组各60例。对照组雾化吸入沙丁胺醇气雾剂，2喷/次，1次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上温水冲服固本咳喘颗粒，2 g/次，3次/d。两组患者均连续治疗3个月。观察两组患者的临床疗效，同时比较两组治疗前后的肺功能指标和炎症因子水平。结果 治疗后，治疗组总有效率为93.33%，显著高于对照组的80.00%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组第一秒用力呼气容积（FEV1）预计值、FEV1/用力肺活量（FVC）、最大呼气流量（PEF）和最大呼气中段流量（MMEF）水平均显著升高，同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，治疗组肺功能指标水平显著高于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素-8（IL-8）、白细胞介素-10（IL-10）和白细胞介素-15（IL-15）水平均明显降低，同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，治疗组炎症因子水平显著低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 固本咳喘颗粒联合沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期具有较好的临床疗效，能改善肺功能，降低炎症因子的水平，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical study of Guben Kechuan Granules combined with Salbutamol Aerosol in treatment of stable phase of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Patients (120 cases) with stable phase of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in Jingmen No. 2 People's Hospital from February 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 60 cases. Patients in the control group were atomization inhalation administered with Salbutamol Aerosol, 2 presses/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Guben Kechuan Granules with warm water on the basis of control group, 2 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the lung function indexes and inflammatory factor levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the treatment group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than 80.00% in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, FEV1, FEV1/FVC, PEF, and MMEF levels in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, the lung function index levels in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of TNF-α, IL-8, IL-10, and IL-15 in two groups were significantly decreased, and there were differences in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of inflammatory factors in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Guben Kechuan Granules combined with Salbutamol Aerosol has good clinical efficacy in treatment of stable phase of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, can improve the pulmonary function, and reduce the level of inflammatory factors, which has a certain clinical application value.
