目的 评价银黄口服液联合头孢唑林钠治疗老年急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法 选取2016年9月—2017年9月四川大学华西医院收治的161例老年急性上呼吸道感染患者，根据用药差别分成对照组（80例）和治疗组（81例）。对照组患者静脉滴注注射用头孢唑林钠，1.0 g注射用头孢唑林钠溶于250 mL生理盐水，2次/d。治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上口服银黄口服液，10 mL/次，3次/d。两组患者均连续治疗7 d。观察两组的临床疗效，比较两组患者临床症状消失时间、症状评分、血清鳞状细胞癌抗原（SCC）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）及白细胞百分比的情况。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别是86.25%、96.30%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者血清SCC、hs-CRP及淋巴细胞百分比水平均较治疗前明显降低，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后治疗组SCC、hs-CRP及淋巴细胞百分比显著低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，治疗组患者退热时间、咽喉肿胀消退时间均明显短于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者症状积分均较治疗前显著降低，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后治疗组症状积分显著低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 银黄口服液联合头孢唑林钠治疗老年急性上呼吸道感染具有较好的临床疗效，能显著改善患者临床症状，减轻患者炎症程度，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Yinhuang Oral Liquid combined with cefazolin sodium in treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in the elderly. Methods Patients (161 cases) with acute upper respiratory tract infection in the elderly in West China Hospital of Sichuan University from September 2016 to September 2017 were divided into control (80 cases) and treatment (81 cases) groups according to different medication regimens. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Cefazolin Sodium for injection, and 1.0 g cefazolin sodium for injection was dissolved in 250 mL normal saline, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yinhuang Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group, 10 mL/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the clinical symptom disappearance time, symptom score, SCC, hs-CRP and leukocyte percentage in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the angina pectoris efficacy in the control and treatment groups were 86.25% and 96.30%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, SCC, hs-CRP and leukocyte percentage in two groups were significantly decreased, and there were differences in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, SCC, hs-CRP and leukocyte percentage in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the antipyretic time and throat swelling disappearance time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, syndrome scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and there were differences in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, syndrome scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Yinhuang Oral Liquid combined with cefazolin sodium has significant effect in treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in the elderly, and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, and reduce inflammation degree, which has a certain clinical application value.
