目的 探讨利心丸联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 选取2015年6月—2017年6月营山县人民医院收治的160例心力衰竭患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法将入选患者分为对照组和治疗组，每组各80例。对照组患者口服酒石酸美托洛尔片，6.25 mg/次，2次/d。治疗组患者于对照组治疗的基础上口服利心丸，3 g/次，3次/d。两组患者均治疗4周。观察两组的临床疗效，比较两组的心功能和炎症因子。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为76.25%、91.25%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者左心室射血分数（LVEF）水平明显升高，左心室舒张末期容积（LVEDV）、左心室收缩末期容积（LVESV）水平均明显降低，同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗组心功能指标明显优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者血清中白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）水平均明显降低，同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗组患者血清炎症因子水平均明显低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 利心丸联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗心力衰竭具有较好的临床疗效，可改善心功能，缓解炎症反应，安全性较好，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of Lixin Pills combined with Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets in treatment of heart failure. Methods Patients (160 cases) with heart failure in Yingshan County People's Hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 80 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets, 6.25 mg/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Lixin Pills on the basis of the control group, 3 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and cardiac function and inflammatory factor in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 76.25% and 91.25%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the LVEF in two groups were significantly increased, but LVEDV and LVESV in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the cardiac function indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-6, hs-CRP, and TNF-α in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the inflammatory factor indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Lixin Pills combined with Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of heart failure, can improve cardiac function, alleviate inflammation, with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
