目的 探讨妇宝颗粒联合头孢羟氨苄胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2018年1月-2019年1月在淮安市淮安医院治疗的慢性盆腔炎患者100例，根据用药的不同分为对照组（50例）和治疗组（50例）。对照组患者口服头孢羟氨苄胶囊，1 g/次，2次/d；治疗组在对照组的基础上口服妇宝颗粒，10 g/次，3次/d。两组均经3周治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效，同时比较治疗前后两组患者临床症状改善时间、血清C反应蛋白（CRP）、白细胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、IL-10、血红素氧和酶-1（HO-1）、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1（MCP-1）、转化生长因子-β1（TGF-β1）、丙二醛（MDA）和超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）水平及症候积分。结果 治疗后，对照组临床有效率为82.00%，显著低于治疗组的98.00%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，治疗组的发热、下腹腰骶疼痛、白带增多、头晕耳鸣和盆腔肿块等症状消失时间均明显短于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组血清CRP、IL-1β、HO-1、MCP-1、MDA的表达水平均显著降低（P<0.05），IL-10、TGF-β1和SOD的表达水平明显升高（P<0.05），且治疗后治疗组患者这些指标明显好于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者主要症状积分和主要体征积分均显著降低（P<0.05），且治疗组患者症候积分明显低于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论 妇宝颗粒联合头孢羟氨苄胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎可有效改善患者临床症状，有利于降低机体炎症反应，改善机体氧化应激状态。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Fubao Granules combined with cefalexin in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods Patients (100 cases) with chronic pelvic inflammation in Huai'an Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were divided into control (50 cases) and treatment (50 cases) groups based on different treatments. Patients in the control group were po administered with Cefadroxil Capsules, 1 g/time,twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Fubao Granules on the basis of the control group, 10 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the improvement time of clinical symptoms, serum levels of CRP, IL-1β, IL-10, HO-1, MCP-1, TGF-β1, MDA and SOD, and symptom scores in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 82.00%, which was significantly lower than 98.00% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the disappearance time of fever, lumbosacral pain in lower abdomen, leukorrhagia, dizziness and tinnitus, and pelvic mass in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of CRP, IL-1β, HO-1, MCP-1, and MDA in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), but IL-10, TGF-β1, and SOD levels were significantly increased (P<0.05), and these indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the main symptoms and signs scores in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and these scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Fubao Granules combined with Cefalexin Capsule in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the inflammatory response, and improve the oxidative stress state.
