目的 探讨骨康胶囊联合鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗椎体压缩骨折的临床疗效。方法 选取2017年5月-2018年5月在成都医学院第一附属医院治疗的椎体压缩骨折患者88例，根据用药差别分为对照组（44例）和治疗组（44例）。对照组静脉滴注鹿瓜多肽注射液，8 mL/次加入生理盐水250 mL，1次/d；治疗组在对照组基础上口服骨康胶囊，4粒/次，3次/d。两组患者均治疗2周。观察两组患者临床疗效，同时比较治疗前后两组患者VAS评分、ODI评分、血清学指标、骨密度和Cobb角。结果 治疗后，对照和治疗组临床有效率分别为81.82%和97.73%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者VAS评分、ODI评分均明显降低（P<0.05），且治疗组患者VAS和ODI评分均明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者血清骨钙素（BGP）、尿脱氧吡啶啉（DPD）、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5b（TRACP5b）、Ⅰ型胶原交联羧基端肽（CTXI）、Ⅰ型胶原氨基肽前肽（PINP）水平均显著降低（P<0.05），25羟维生素D[25-（OH）D]水平均显著升高（P<0.05），且治疗组患者这些血清学指标均明显好于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者腰椎L1-4和股骨大粗隆骨密度均显著升高（P<0.05），Cobb角明显减小（P<0.05），且治疗组患者骨密度及Cobb角均明显好于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 椎体压缩骨折患者采用骨康胶囊联合鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗可有效改善骨密度和骨代谢指标，促进骨折愈合。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Gukang Capsules combined with Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection in treatment of vertebral compression fracture. Methods Patients (88 cases) with vertebral compression fracture in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College from May 2017 to May 2018 were divided into control (44 cases) and treatment (44 cases) groups based on different treatments. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection, 8 mL/time added into normal saline 250 mL, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Gukang Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the VAS scores, ODI scores, serological indexes, bone mineral density and Cobb angle in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy and in the control and treatment groups was 81.82% and 97.73% respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores, ODI scores in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of BGP, PINP, DPD, TRACP5b, CTXI in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), but the 25-(OH)D levels were significantly increased (P<0.05), and these serological indexes levels in the treatment group were significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the bone mineral density of lumbar L1-4 and femoral trochanter in two groups was significantly increased (P<0.05), Cobb angle was significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the bone mineral density and Cobb angle in the treatment group were significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Gukang Capsules combined with Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection in treatment of vertebral compression fracture can effectively improve bone mineral density and bone metabolism indexes, and promote fracture healing.
