目的 探讨黄氏响声丸联合布地奈德气雾剂治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2015年12月-2018年12月上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院北院收治的120例慢性咽炎患者为研究对象，将所有患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各60例。对照组患者吸入布地奈德气雾剂，初始推荐剂量为0.5 mg/次，3次/d；治疗组患者在对照组治疗的基础上口服黄氏响声丸，6丸/次，3次/d。两组患者持续治疗4周。观察两组的临床疗效，比较两组的临床症状缓解时间、血清炎性因子水平。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为83.33%、93.33%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，治疗组患者黏膜充血、咽喉干痒、声音嘶哑和咽喉疼痛消失时间均显著短于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者血液中性粒细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞水平均明显下降，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗组患者血液中性粒细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞水平明显低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 黄氏响声丸联合布地奈德气雾剂治疗慢性咽炎具有较好的临床疗效，能改善临床症状，降低血清炎性因子水平，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huangshi Xiangsheng Pills combined with Budesonide Inhalation Aerosol in treatment of chronic pharyngitis. Methods Patients (120 cases) with chronic pharyngitis in Beiyuan Hospital of Affiliated Ruijin Hospital of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from December 2015 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 60 cases. Patients in the control group were inhalation administered with Budesonide Inhalation Aerosol, 0.5 mg/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Huangshi Xiangsheng Pills on the basis of the control group, 6 pills/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptoms remission time and serum levels of inflammatory factors in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 83.33% and 93.33%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the disappearance time of mucosal congestion, dry and itchy throat, hoarseness, and sore throat in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of neutrophils and eosinophils in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the serum levels of inflammatory factors in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Huangshi Xiangsheng Pills combined with Budesonide Inhalation Aerosol has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic pharyngitis, can improve clinical symptoms, and reduce the serum level of inflammatory factors, which has a certain clinical application value.
