目的 探讨大黄䗪虫丸联合米非司酮片治疗治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法 选取2016年5月-2018年3月在上海中医药大学附属曙光医院治疗的109例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象，按照治疗方式不同将纳入患者分为对照组（56例）和治疗组（53例）。对照组口服米非司酮片，自月经期第2天始，25 mg/次，1次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服大黄䗪虫丸，3 g/次，3次/d。两组患者均连续治疗12周。观察两组的临床疗效，比较两组的子宫体积、肌瘤体积、炎性因子、性激素水平。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为80.36%、92.45%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，与同组治疗前相比，两组子宫和肌瘤体积均显著降低（P<0.05）；且治疗后治疗组子宫和肌瘤体积明显小于对照组，差异存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，与同组治疗前相比，白细胞介素-2（IL-2）水平显著升高（P<0.05），白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平均显著降低（P<0.05）；且治疗后治疗组IL-2水平明显高于对照组，IL-6、TNF-α水平显著低于对照组，差异均存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，与同组治疗前相比，两组患者促卵泡激素（FSH）、孕酮（P）、雌二醇（E₂）、黄体生成素（LH）水平均显著降低（P<0.05）；且治疗后治疗组性激素水平显著降低，差异存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 大黄䗪虫丸联合米非司酮片治疗治疗子宫肌瘤具有较好的临床疗效，可缓解炎症反应，调节性激素水平，改善卵巢功能，具有一定临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of Dahuang Zhechong Pills combined with Mifepristone Tablets in treatment of hysteromyoma. Methods Patients (109 cases) with hysteromyoma in Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2016 to March 2018 were randomly divided into the control group (56 cases) and the treatment group (53 cases). Patients in the control group were po administered with Mifepristone Tablets, beginning on the second day of menstruation, 25 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Dahuang Zhechong Pills on the basis of the control group, 3 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 12 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and uterine volume, myoma volume, inflammatory factors, and sex hormone levels in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 80.36% and 92.45%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the uterine and myoma volumes in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly smaller than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-2 in two groups were significantly increased, but the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the inflammatory factors levels in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of FSH, P, E₂, and LH in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the sex hormone levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Dahuang Zhechong Pills combined with Mifepristone Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of hysteromyoma, can alleviate inflammation, regulate sex hormone level, and improve ovarian function, which has a certain clinical application value.
