目的 探讨鱼腥草注射液联合阿莫西林治疗上呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法 选取2015年10月—2017年3月于航天中心医院进行治疗的上呼吸道感染患者120例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各60例。对照组口服阿莫西林胶囊，0.5 g/次，3次/d。治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上静脉滴注鱼腥草注射液，20 mL加入5%葡萄糖250 mL，1次/d。两组患者均连续治疗5 d。观察两组的临床疗效，比较两组体温变化、临床症状及体征改善情况、血清学指标的变化情况。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为78.33%、91.67%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者体温均显著降低，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后3、4 d治疗组患者体温均显著低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗组患者咳嗽消失时间、咽痛消失时间、啰音消失时间均显著短于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组白介素-6（IL-6）、白介素-10（IL-10）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平均显著降低，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，治疗组IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α水平均显著低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 鱼腥草注射液联合阿莫西林胶囊治疗上呼吸道感染具有显著的效果，可显著改善患者临床症状，降低机体炎症因子水平，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Yuxingcao Injection combined with amoxicillin in treatment of upper respiratory tract infection. Methods Patients (120 cases) with upper respiratory tract infection in Aerospace Center Hospital from October 2015 to March 2017 were randomly divided into control (60 cases) and treatment (60 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Amoxicillin Capsules, 0.5 g/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were iv administered with Yuxingcao Injection on the basis of the control group, 20 mL added into 5% glucose 250 mL, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 5 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the changes of temperature, clinical symptoms and signs improvement, and serological indicators in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment group were 78.33% and 91.67%, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, temperature in two groups was significantly decreased in two groups, and there were differences in the same group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the temperature in the treatment group for 3 and 4 days was significantly lower than that of the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). The disappearance times of cough, pharyngeal pain and rale in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the level of IL-6, IL-10, and TNF-α in two groups were decreased significantly, and there were differences in the same group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the level of IL-6, IL-10, and TNF-α in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Yuxingcao Injection combined with amoxicillin has significant clinical effect in treatment of upper respiratory tract infection, and can significantly improve clinical symptoms and reduce the level of inflammatory factors, which has a certain clinical application value.
