目的 探讨麝香保心丸联合单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 选取2014年12月-2017年9月金堂县中医医院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者106例，按照随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和治疗组，每组各53例。对照组口服单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片，40 mg/次，1次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服麝香保心丸，45 mg/次，3次/d。两组患者均连续治疗2个月。观察两组的临床疗效和心电图疗效，比较两组的颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT）值和临床症状。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组的临床疗效总有效率分别为75.5%、92.5%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，对照组和治疗组的心电图疗效总有效率分别为75.5%、90.6%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组颈动脉IMT值显著降低，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗组颈动脉IMT值明显低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，治疗组心绞痛发作频率、发作时长和硝酸甘油使用量明显低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 麝香保心丸联合单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片治疗冠心病心绞痛具有较好的临床疗效，能够改善患者临床症状，安全性较好，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with Isosorbide Mononitrate Sustained-release Tablets in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods Patients (106 cases) with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in Jintang County Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2014 to September 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 53 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Isosorbide Mononitrate Sustained-release Tablets, 40 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shexiang Baoxin Pills on the basis of the control group, 45 mg/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies and electrocardiogram efficacies were evaluated, and IMT values of arteria carotis and clinical symptoms in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 75.5% and 92.5%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the electrocardiogram efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 75.5% and 90.6%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, IMT values of arteria carotis in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the IMT value of arteria carotis in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the frequency and duration of angina pectoris, and nitroglycerin usage in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with Isosorbide Mononitrate Sustained-release Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, can improve clinical symptoms, with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
