目的 探讨愈风宁心滴丸联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的临床效果。方法 选取2015年8月-2017年12月北京市东城区第一人民医院收治的92例冠心病患者，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各46例。对照组口服盐酸曲美他嗪片，1片/次，3次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服愈风宁心滴丸，15丸/次，3次/d。两组均连续治疗4周。观察两组的中医证候疗效和心电图疗效，比较两组治疗前后主要中医症候、低/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C/HDL-C）、红细胞沉降率（ESR）、相邻心率间期差>50 ms的个数占总心跳次数的百分比（PNN50）、RR间期总体标准差（SDNN）、C反应蛋白（CRP）、同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）、中性粒细胞（N）/淋巴细胞（L）比值（NLR）的变化情况。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组中医证候疗效分别为78.26%、93.48%，心电图疗效分别为71.74%、89.13%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组各项中医症候积分及总分、LDL-C/HDL-C、ESR值、CRP、Hcy、外周血NLR值较治疗前均显著降低，但PNN50、SDNN值均显著增加，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，治疗组各项中医症候积分及总分、LDL-C/HDL-C、ESR值、CRP、Hcy、外周血NLR值均显著低于对照组，但PNN50、SDNN值显著高于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 愈风宁心滴丸联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病具有较好的临床疗效，可有效缓解患者症状，改善血脂代谢和心脏自主神经功能，改善机体免疫炎症状态，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Yufeng Ningxin Dripping Pills combined with trimetazidine in treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods Patients (92 cases) with coronary heart disease in the First People's Hospital of Dongcheng District in Beijing from August 2015 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control (46 cases) and treatment (46 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Trimetazidine Dihydrochloride Tablets, 1 tablet/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yufeng Ningxin Dripping Pills on the basis of the control group, 15 pills/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the TCM syndrome efficacy and electrocardiogram efficacy were evaluated, and TCM symptoms score, LDL-C/HDL-C, ESR, PNN50, RR, SDNN, CRP, Hcy, and NLR in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the TCM syndrome efficacy in the control group were 78.26% and 93.48%, and electrocardiogram efficacy in two groups were 71.74% and 89.13%, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores and total scores of various TCM syndromes, LDL-C/HDL-C, ESR, CRP, Hcy, and NLR in two groups were significantly decreased, but PNN50 and SDNN were significantly increased, and there were differences in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, total scores of various TCM syndromes, LDL-C/HDL-C, ESR, CRP, Hcy, and NLR in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, but PNN50 and SDNN in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Yufeng Ningxin Dripping Pills combined with trimetazidine has significant clinical effect in treatment of coronary heart disease, and can effectively alleviate symptoms, and can improve blood lipid metabolism and cardiac autonomic nervous function, and also can improve the immune inflammatory state of the body, which has a certain clinical application value.
