目的 探讨温胃舒颗粒联合艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法 选取2017年3月—2017年8月在航空总医院进行诊治的胃溃疡患者82例为研究对象，采用随机数字表将患者分为对照组和治疗组，每组各41例。对照组口服艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片，20 mg/次，2次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服温胃舒颗粒，20 g/次，2次/d。两组患者均连续治疗4周。观察两组的临床疗效，比较两组的临床症状评分、血清学指标、幽门螺旋杆菌根除率和溃疡愈合率。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为80.49%、97.56%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组腹痛、食欲缺乏、反酸、腹胀评分均明显降低，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗组临床症状评分明显低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组血清转化生长因子-β₁（TGF-β₁）、高迁移率族蛋白B1（HMGB1）、白细胞介素-17（IL-17）水平显著降低，钙素基因相关肽（CGRP）、白细胞介素-10（IL-10）水平显著增加，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗组血清学指标明显优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，对照组和治疗组幽门螺旋杆菌根除率分别为73.17%、90.24%，溃疡愈合率分别为78.05%、95.12%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 温胃舒颗粒联合艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗胃溃疡具有较好的临床疗效，可改善患者临床症状，降低机体炎症反应，促进溃疡愈合，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Wenweishu Granules combined with Esomeprazole Magnesium Enteric-coated Tablets in treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods Patients (82 cases) with gastric ulcer in Aviation General Hospital from March 2017 to August 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 41 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Esomeprazole Magnesium Enteric-coated Tablets, 20 mg/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Wenweishu Granules on the basis of the control group, 20 g/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptom scores, serological indexes, Helicobacter pylori eradication rate, and ulcer healing rate in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 80.49% and 97.56%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of abdominal pain, anorexia, abdominal distension, and regurgitation in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And clinical symptom scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P <0.05). After treatment, TGF-β₁, HMGB1, and IL-17 levels in two groups were significantly decreased, but CGRP and IL-10 levels in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And serological indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, Helicobacter pylori eradication rates in the control and treatment groups were 73.17% and 90.24%, respectively, and the ulcer healing rate in the control and treatment groups were 78.05% and 95.12%, respectively and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Wenweishu Granules combined with Esomeprazole Magnesium Enteric-coated Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of gastric ulcer, can improve clinical symptoms, decrease inflammatory reactions, and promote ulcer healing, which has a certain clinical application value.
