目的 研究孕康口服液联合保胎灵胶囊治疗早期先兆流产的临床效果。方法 选取2014年1月-2016年12月在琼海市中医院进行治疗的早期先兆流产患者98例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各49例。对照组患者口服保胎灵胶囊，3粒/次，3次/d。治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上口服孕康口服液，1瓶/次，3次/d。两组患者均连续治疗2周。观察两组的临床疗效，比较两组临床症状消失时间。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为87.76%、97.96%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗组腹痛消失时间、腰痛消失时间、阴道出血停止时间明显短于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 孕康口服液联合保胎灵胶囊治疗早期先兆流产具有良好的临床治疗效果，可缩短患者临床症状消失时间，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Yunkang Oral Liquid combined with Baotailing Capsules in treatment of early threatened abortion. Methods Patients (98 cases) with early threatened abortion in Qionghai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control (49 cases) and treatment (49 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Baotailing Capsules, 3 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yunkang Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group, 1 bottle/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and clinical symptoms disappear time in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups were 87.76% and 97.96%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, abdominal pain disappeared time, backache disappeared time, and vaginal bleeding stops time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Yunkang Oral Liquid combined with Baotailing Capsules has a significant effect in treatment of early threatened abortion, and can shorten the clinical symptoms disappear time, which has a certain clinical application value.
