目的 调查宜昌市第一人民医院产科围手术期抗菌药物的使用情况，为临床合理应用抗菌药物提供参考。方法 选取宜昌市人民医院2014年1月—2016年9月产科收治的800例患者为研究对象，对其在围手术期抗菌药物的使用情况进行分析。结果 纳入研究的患者年龄以18～35岁为主，使用较多的抗菌药物为头孢菌素类，其中以五水头孢唑林钠和头孢替唑使用较为频繁，使用率分别为64.61%、49.40%；单一用药为主，构成比为95.25%；用药1～3 d内的仅有146例，占18.25%；使用预防类药物的有716例，占总数的89.5%。结论 宜昌市第一人民医院产科围手术期抗菌药物的使用基本合理，仅有少数药物的选择不恰当以及预防用药的时间相对较长等问题，需要进一步加强抗菌药物的管理和使用。

Objective To investigate the usage of perioperative antibiotics in Department of Obstetrics of the First People's Hospital of Yichang, and provide reference for clinical rational use of antibiotics. Methods Patients (800 cases) were selected as participants in Department of Obstetrics of the First People's Hospital of Yichang from January 2014 to September 2016, and the usage of perioperative antibiotics were analyzed. Results The more patients were focused on 18-35 years old. The most use of antibiotics was cephalosporins, especially Cefazolin Sodium Pentahydrate for injection and ceftezole, and the use rate were 64.61% and 49.40%, respectively. A single drug was mostly used, and the constituent ratio was 95.25%. The patients with the course of treatment that was 1-3 d were only 146 cases (18.25%). There were 716 cases of patients using antimicrobial drugs for prevention, accounting for 89.5% of the total number. Conclusion The usage of perioperative antibiotics in Department of Obstetrics of the First People's Hospital of Yichang is rational on the whole, but there are still inappropriate choice of medicine and prolonged medication duration, which needs further efforts to strengthen the management and intervention.
