目的 探讨参贝北瓜膏联合孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效。方法 选取2014年5月-2016年5月在天津市泰达医院儿科接受治疗的小儿哮喘患儿102例，所有患儿采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组各51例。对照组口服孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片，年龄<6岁：4 mg/次，年龄≥6岁：5 mg/次，1次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服参贝北瓜膏，8 g/次，3次/d。所有患者均治疗14 d。观察两组的临床疗效，比较两组的肺功能和血气指标。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为78.4%、94.1%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组1秒用力呼气容积（FEV₁）、肺活量（FVC）、1秒用力呼气量占肺活量的百分比（FEV₁/FVC%）和呼气峰流速值（PEF）均明显升高，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗组这些观察指标的升高程度明显优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组血氧分压（pO₂）和酸碱度（pH）值均明显增高，而二氧化碳分压（pCO₂）均明显降低，同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗组这些观察指标的改善程度明显优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 参贝北瓜膏联合孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗小儿哮喘具有较好的临床疗效，可改善肺部功能，调节血气指标，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shenbei Beigua Cream combined with Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets in treatment with children asthma. Methods Children (102 cases) with asthma in Department of Pediatrics of Tianjin TEDA Hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 51 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets, age < 6 years: 4 mg/time, age ≥ 6 years: 5 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shenbei Beigua Cream on the basis of the control group, 8 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and pulmonary function and blood gas indexes in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 78.4% and 94.1%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, FEV, FVC, FEV₁/FVC, and PEF in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, pO₂ and pH value in two groups were significantly increased, but the pCO₂ in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Shenbei Beigua Cream combined with Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of children asthma, and can improve pulmonary function and regulate blood gas indexes, which has a certain clinical application value.
