目的 探究舒肝解郁胶囊联合安非他酮片治疗老年抑郁症的临床疗效。方法 选取2013年6月-2016年6月于重庆三峡中心医院平湖分院进行就诊的老年抑郁症患者120例，按随机抽样法分为对照组和治疗组，每组各60例。对照组口服盐酸安非他酮片，起始量75 mg/d，2周内根据病情增加剂量，最大剂量为300 mg/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服舒肝解郁胶囊，0.72 g/次，2次/d。两组患者均治疗8周。观察两组的临床疗效，比较两组的汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分和汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评分的情况。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为71.7%、85.0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗4、6、8周后，两组HAMD评分和HAMA评分均显著下降，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗8周后，治疗组观察指标的下降程度明显优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 舒肝解郁胶囊联合安非他酮片治疗老年抑郁症具有较好的临床疗效，可改善临床症状，安全性较好，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shugan Jieyu Capsules combined with Bupropion Hydrochloride Tablets in treatment of senile depression. Methods Patients (120 cases) with senile depression in Pinghu Branch of Chongqing Three Gorges Central Hospital from June 2013 to June 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 60 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Bupropion Hydrochloride Tablets, starting dosage was 75 mg/d, increased the dose according to the condition within 2 weeks, and maximum dosage was 300 mg/d. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shugan Jieyu Capsules on the basis of the control group, 0.72 g/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and HAMD scores and HAMA scores in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 71.7% and 85.0%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment for 4, 6, 8 weeks, HAMD scores and HAMA scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And after treatment for 8 weeks, the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Shugan Jieyu Capsules combined with Bupropion Hydrochloride Tablets has effect in treatment of senile depression, can improve clinical symptoms with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
