目的 研究地奥司明联合舒洛地特治疗下肢深静脉血栓的效果。方法 选择2014年1月-2016年6月在鞍山市中心医院就诊的下肢深静脉血栓患者80例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各40例。对照组口服舒洛地特软胶囊，250 LSU/次，2次/d，治疗组在对照组基础上口服地奥司明片，1片/次，2次/d。两组患者均治疗3个月。观察两组的临床疗效，比较两组动脉血流指标、VAS评分、行走功能的情况。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为72.50%、90.00%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组血流速度和搏动指数均显著提高，而阻力指数显著降低，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗组这些观察指标的改善程度明显优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组VAS评分均显著下降，而无痛行走距离和最大行走距离均显著增加，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗组这些观察指标的改善程度明显优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 地奥司明联合舒洛地特治疗下肢深静脉血栓具有较好的临床疗效，能改善临床症状，调节动脉血流指标，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To study the clinical effect of diosmin combined with sulodexide in treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis. Methods Patients (80 cases) with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in Anshan Central Hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 40 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Sulodexide Soft Capsules, 250 LSU/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Diosmin Tables on the basis of the control group, 1 tablet/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and arterial blood flow indexes, VAS scores, and walking function in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 72.50% and 90.00%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, blood flow velocity and pulsation index in two groups were significantly increased, but the resistance index in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, VAS scores in two groups were significantly decreased, but painless walking distance and maximum walking distance in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Diosmin combined with sulodexide has clinical curative effect in treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis, can improve clinical symptoms, and regulate arterial blood flow index, which has a certain clinical application value.
