目的 探讨麝香保心丸联合稳心颗粒治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 选择2013年6月-2015年6月延安市人民医院收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者98例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各49例。对照组口服稳心颗粒，1袋/次，3次/d。治疗组在对照组的基础上口服麝香保心丸，2丸/次，3次/d。两组患者均治疗6个月。治疗后，比较两组患者的临床疗效，并对治疗前后两组心绞痛的发作频率和持续时间、血液流变学指标以及不良反应发生情况进行比较。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为81.63%、93.88%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组心绞痛发作频率和持续时间均显著降低（P<0.05）；且治疗组的降低程度优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者红细胞压积、全血黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞聚集指数和hs-CRP均显著降低，同组治疗前后差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗组上述指标比对照组降低的更明显，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组不良反应发生情况比较差异无统计学意义。结论 麝香保心丸联合稳心颗粒治疗不稳定型心绞痛具有良好的临床疗效，能够明显减少患者心绞痛发作频率和持续时间，改善血液流变学指标，安全性较好，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with Wenxin Granules in treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods Patients (98 cases) with unstable angina pectoris in Yan'an People's Hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Each group had 49 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Wenxin Granules, 1 bag/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shexiang Baoxin Pills on the basis of the control group, 2 pills/time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 6 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, seizure frequency and duration of angina pectoris, hemodynamic indexes, and adverse reactions before and after treatment in two groups were compared. Results The total efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 81.63% and 93.88%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). Seizure frequency and duration of angina pectoris in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). And the decreasing degree in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). HCT, whole blood viscosity, fibrinogen, red cell assembling index, and hs-CRP in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And these hemodynamic indexes in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between two groups. Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with Wenxin Granules has clinical curative effect in treatment of unstable angina pectoris, can significantly reduce the seizure frequency and duration of unstable angina pectoris, and improve hemodynamic indexes with less adverse reactions, which has a certain clinical application value.
