目的 探讨郁金银屑片联合复方氨肽素片治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法 收集2015年5月-2016年5月在延安大学附属医院收治的寻常型银屑病患者82例，根据治疗方案的差别分为对照组（41例）和治疗组（41例）。对照组患者口服复方氨肽素片，5片/次，3次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服郁金银屑片，6片/次，3次/d。两组患者均连续治疗8周。观察两组患者临床疗效，比较两组PASI评分、血清炎性因子和促血管生成因子水平变化。结果 治疗后，两组患者的总有效率分别为80.49%和95.12%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗4、8周，两组银屑病面积与严重性指数（PASI）评分均显著降低，同组治疗前后差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05），且治疗后治疗组PASI评分降的更低，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组血清白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、IL-17、IL-23和肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平均明显降低，同组治疗前后差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗后治疗组血清炎性因子水平比对照组降的更低（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（bFGF）水平均明显降低，同组治疗前后差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗后治疗组促血管生成因子水平降低程度更显著，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 郁金银屑片联合复方氨肽素片治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效显著，可明显降低机体炎性因子和促血管生成因子水平，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacies of Yujin Yinxie Tablets combined with Compound Amino-polypeptide Tablets in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Patients (82 cases) with psoriasis vulgaris in Yan'an University Affiliated Hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were divided into the control (41 cases) and treatment (41 cases) groups according to different treatments. The patients in the control group were po administered with Compound Amino-polypeptide Tablets, 5 Tablets/time, three times daily. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yujin Yinxie Tablets on the basis of the control group, 6 Tablets/time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the changes of PASI scores, inflammatory factors, and pro-angiogenic factors levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 80.49% and 95.12%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the PASI scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the PASI scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, serum IL-6, IL-17, IL-23, and TNF-α levels in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the inflammatory factors levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the VEGF and bFGF levels in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the decrease degree of the pro-angiogenic factors levels in the treatment group was significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Yujin Yinxie Tablets combined with Compound Amino-polypeptide Tablets has a significant clinical efficacy in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris, can significantly reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and pro-angiogenic factors, which has a certain clinical application value.
