目的 探讨玉屏风颗粒联合咪喹莫特乳膏和卡介菌多糖核酸治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法 选取2015年3月-2016年3月在宝鸡市中心医院接受治疗的扁平疣患者94例，根据治疗方案的差别分为对照组和治疗组，每组各47例。对照组患者外用咪喹莫特乳膏，1次/d；并肌肉注射卡介菌多糖核酸注射液，2 mL/次，1次/2 d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服玉屏风颗粒，1袋/次，3次/d。两组患者均治疗8周。观察两组的临床疗效，比较两组的病情评分和血清学指标。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为80.85%、95.74%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组病情评分均明显下降，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗组这些观察指标的下降程度明显优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组血清白细胞介素-2（IL-2）和γ-干扰素（IFN-γ）水平均明显升高，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗组这些观察指标的升高程度明显优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 玉屏风颗粒联合咪喹莫特乳膏和卡介菌多糖核酸治疗扁平疣具有较好的临床疗效，可明显改善患者临床症状，提高机体免疫功能，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yupingfeng Granules combined with Imiquimod Cream and BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid in treatment of flat wart. Methods Patients (94 cases) with flat wart in Baoji Central Hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were enrolled in this study. According to the difference treatment plan, patients were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 47 cases. Patients in the control group were external administered with Imiquimod Cream, once daily. Patients in the control group were im administered with BCG Polysaccharide and Nucleic Acid Injection, 2 mL/time, once every two days. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yupingfeng Granules on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and severity scores and serological indexes in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 80.85% and 95.74%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the severity scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, IL-2 and IFN-γ in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Yupingfeng Granules combined with Imiquimod Cream and BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid has clinical curative effect in treatment of flat wart, and can improve clinical symptoms, increase immune function, which has a certain clinical application value.
