目的 探讨心可舒胶囊联合硝苯地平治疗慢性稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 选取2012年4月-2016年4月凤翔县医院收治慢性稳定型心绞痛患者60例，根据治疗方案的差别分为对照组和治疗组，每组各30例。对照组口服硝苯地平缓释片，20 mg/次，1次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服心可舒胶囊，4粒/次，3次/d。两组患者均服药4周。观察两组的临床疗效，比较两组的心绞痛发作、硝酸甘油每周用量、临床症状评分和血管内皮功能的变化。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为73.33%、93.33%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组心绞痛发作次数和硝酸甘油每周用量均明显下降，而发作间隔时间明显延长，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗组这些观察指标的改善程度明显优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组胸痛、胸闷、心悸和头晕目眩评分明显降低，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗组这些观察指标的下降程度明显优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组血清内皮素-1（ET-1）水平明显降低，而一氧化氮（NO）水平明显升高，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗组这些观察指标的改善程度明显优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 心可舒胶囊联合硝苯地平治疗慢性稳定型心绞痛具有较好的临床疗效，可缓解临床症状，改善血管内皮功能，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xinkeshu Capsules combined with nifedipine in treatment of chronic stable angina pectoris. Methods Patients (60 cases) with chronic stable angina pectoris in Fengxiang County Hospital from April 2012 to April 2016 were enrolled in this study. According to the difference treatment plan, patients were divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 30 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Nifedipine Sustained Release Tablets, 20 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xinkeshu Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and angina pectoris attack, nitroglycerin weekly dosage, clinical symptom scores, and vascular endothelial function in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 73.33% and 93.33%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, attack frequency of angina pectoris and nitroglycerin weekly dosage in two groups were significantly decreased, and attack interval time was significantly prolonged, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of chest pain, chest tightness, palpitations and dizziness in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum ET-1 in two groups were significantly decreased, but the levels of NO in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Xinkeshu Capsules combined with nifedipine has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic stable angina pectoris, and can relieve clinical symptoms, improve vascular endothelial function, which has a certain clinical application value.
