[摘要]
目的 探讨骨愈灵胶囊联合注射用骨肽治疗骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法 选取2013年5月-2016年2月在榆林市第一医院骨科接受治疗的骨质疏松症患者110例,按治疗方法的不同分为对照组和治疗组,每组各55例。对照组患者静脉滴注注射用骨肽,60 mg加入200 mL生理盐水,1次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服骨愈灵胶囊,5粒/次,3次/d。两组患者均治疗2个月。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后骨代谢指标以及骨密度(BMD)、骨钙素(BGP)、骨形态发生蛋白-2(BMP-2)变化情况。结果 治疗后,对照组、治疗组总有效率分别为81.82%、94.55%,两组患者总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血磷(S-P)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶-5b(TRAP-5b)明显降低,血钙(S-Ca)、骨碱性磷酸酶(B-ALP)显著升高,同组治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组上述骨代谢指标的改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者L2~4 BMD、股骨颈BMD、BGP、BMP-2均明显增加,同组治疗前后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组BMD、BGP和BMP-2的增加程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 骨愈灵胶囊联合注射用骨肽治疗骨质疏松症疗效显著,可改善患者BMD、骨代谢和骨转换状态,减少骨量流失,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Guyuling Capsules combined with Ossotide for injection in treatment of osteoporosis. Methods Patients (110 cases) with osteoporosis in Department of Orthopaedics of The First Hospital of Yulin from May 2013 to February 2016 were divided into control and treatment groups according to different treatments, and each group had 55 cases. The patients in the control group were iv administered with Ossotide for injection, 60 mg Ossotide for injection added into normal saline 200 mL, once daily. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Guyuling Capsules on the basis of the control group, 5 grains/time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 2 months. After treatment, the efficacies were evaluated, and the changes of bone metabolism indexes, BMD, BGP, and BMP-2 in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 81.82% and 94.55%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, S-P and TRAP-5b in two groups were significantly decreased, S-Ca and B-ALP were increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And these bone metabolism indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, L2~4 BMD, femoral neck BMD, BGP, and BMP-2 in the two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the increase degree of BMD, BGP and BMP-2 in treatment group was higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Guyuling Capsules combined with Ossotide for injection has obvious clinical curative effect in treatment of osteoporosis, and can improve BMD, bone metabolism and bone turnover with the loss of bone mass reducing, which has a certain clinical application value.
