目的 探讨川芎嗪注射液联合吗替麦考酚酯分散片治疗肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法 选取2015年2月—2016年2月在广西壮族自治区南溪山医院接受治疗的肾病综合征患者116例，按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组和治疗组，每组各58例。对照组口服吗替麦考酚酯分散片，1.0 g/次，2次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上静脉滴注盐酸川芎嗪注射液，80 mg加入5%葡萄糖溶液250 mL，1次/d。两组患者均连续治疗14 d。观察两组的临床疗效，同时比较两组治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量、白蛋白、血肌酐、纤维蛋白原（FIB）、血浆黏度（CP）、总胆固醇（TC）、人11去氢血栓烷B2（11-DH-TXB2）的变化情况。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为82.76%、94.83%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、FIB、CP、TC、11-DH-TXB2均显著降低，白蛋白升高，同组治疗前后差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05），且治疗组这些观察指标的改善程度优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 川芎嗪注射液联合吗替麦考酚酯分散片治疗肾病综合征具有较好的临床疗效，可保护肾功能，抑制血小板活化，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Ligustrazine Injection combined with Mycophenolate Mofetil Dispersible Tablets in treatment of nephrotic syndrome. Methods Patients (116 cases) with nephrotic syndrome in Nanxishan Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from February 2015 to February 2016 were enrolled in this study. According to the different treatment plans, patients were divided into control group (58 cases) and treatment group (58 cases). The patients in the control group were po administered with Mycophenolate Mofetil DispersibleTablets, 1.0 g/time, twice daily. The patients in the treatment group were iv administered with Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection on the basis of the control group, 80 mg added into 5% Glucose Solution 250 mL, once daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the changes of 24 h urine protein quantitative, albumin, serum creatinine, FIB, CP, TC, and 11-DH-TXB2 in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the total efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 82.76% and 94.83%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, 24 h urine protein quantitative, serum creatinine, FIB, CP, TC, and 11-DH-TXB2 in two groups were significantly decreased, and albumin was increased, the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Ligustrazine Injection combined with Mycophenolate Mofetil Dispersible Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of nephrotic syndrome, and can protect renal function, also can inhibit platelet activation, which has a certain clinical application value.
