目的 观察百令胶囊联合卡托普利治疗老年糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法 选取2013年1月-2015年1月汉中市中心医院收治的糖尿病肾病患者100例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各50例。对照组患者口服卡托普利片,2片/次,2次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上口服百令胶囊,5粒/次,3次/d。两组患者均连续治疗6个月。观察两组的临床疗效,同时比较治疗前后两组尿白蛋白排泄率、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、C反应蛋白(CRP)的变化。结果 治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为80.0%、94.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者尿蛋白排泄率、Scr、BUN、CRP均显著降低,同组治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组降低的更显著,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、FPG、HbAlc均无显著性变化。结论 百令胶囊联合卡托普利治疗糖尿病肾病具有较好的临床疗效,可显著改善患者的肾功能指标,且不影响患者的糖脂代谢,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xiangju Capsules combined with azelastine in treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods Patients (216 cases) with allergic rhinitis in Department of Otolaryngology, Beijing Luhe Hospital Capital Medical University from August 2014 to August 2015 were enrolled into this study. According to the different treatment plans, patients were divided into the control and treatment groups, and each group had 108 cases. Patients in the control group were given Azelastine Hydrochloride Nasal Spray, both nostril 1 spout/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xiangju Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 1 month. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the changes of symptom scores and serology indexes in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 85.19% and 93.52%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, and nasal itching, and the total score in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-12 and IFN-γ in two groups were significantly increased, but the levels of IL-4, IL-10, and IgE in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Xiangju Capsules combined with azelastine has clinical curative effect in treatment of allergic rhinitis, and can relieve clinical symptom, improve immune ability, which has a certain clinical application value.
