目的 运用Meta分析方法评价鼠神经生长因子治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法 计算机检索Pubmed、Embase、中国学术期刊(网络版)、万方数字化期刊全文库,对纳入的随机对照试验文献进行质量评价,并采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结局指标为总有效率。结果 共纳入10篇随机对照试验,共1 093例患者。Meta分析结果显示,鼠神经生长因子治疗突发性耳聋的总有效率高于对照组[OR＝3.21,95%CI(2.31,4.44),P<0.01]。结论 鼠神经生长因子治疗突发性耳聋具有较好的疗效,但仍需开展高质量的药物临床试验。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of mouse nerve growth factor in treatment of sudden deafness by Meta analysis.Methods By searching Pubmed, Embase, Chinese Academic Journal (CD), and Wanfang Database, the quality assessment of qualified randomly control trials was evaluated. Meta analysis was carried out by Rev Man 5.3 software. The outcomes included the clinical effects.Results A total of 10 studies were included, involving 1 093 patients. Meta analysis showed that the total effective rate of mouse nerve growth factor in treatment of sudden deafness was higher than that in control group [OR = 3.21, 95%CI (2.31, 4.44), P < 0.01].ConclusionMouse nerve growth factor could improve the clinical efficacy of sudden deafness, but it is necessary to carry out high quality of drug clinical trials.
