目的 探讨皮敏消胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法 选取2014年4月-2015年4月在三亚市慢性病防治中心皮肤科接受诊治的慢性荨麻疹患者78例为研究对象,根据治疗方案的差别分成对照组和治疗组,每组各39例。对照组患者口服复方甘草酸苷片,50 mg/次,3次/d。治疗组在对照组的基础上口服皮敏消胶囊,4粒/次,3次/d。两组患者均治疗4周。观察两组临床疗效,同时比较两组患者的症状积分、皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评分和免疫球蛋白E(IgE)变化、不良反应及复发率。结果 治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为79.49%、94.87%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者症状积分、DLQI评分和IgE均显著降低,同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且治疗后,治疗组这些观察指标的改善程度显著优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组和治疗组的不良反应发生率分别为5.13%、7.69%,两组比较差异无统计学意义。6个月内对照组和治疗组的复发率分别为23.08%、5.13%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 皮敏消胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗慢性荨麻疹具有很好的疗效,能够降低IgE的水平,减轻患者临床症状,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Piminxiao Capsules combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets in treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods Patients (78 cases) with chronic urticaria in Department of Dermatology of Sanya Center for Chronic Disease Control from April 2014 to April 2015 were enrolled in this study. According to the difference of treatment plan, the patients were divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 39 cases. The patients in the control group were po administered with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets, 50 mg/time, three times daily. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Piminxiao Capsules on the basis of control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the efficacies were evaluated, and symptoms integral, DLQI scores and IgE in two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 79.49% and 94.87%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, symptoms integral, DLQI scores and IgE in two groups were significantly decreased, and the differences were statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions in the control and treatment groups were 5.13% and 7.69%, respectively, but there was no difference between two groups. The recurernce rate within 6 months in the control and treatment groups were 23.08% and 5.13%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets combined with Piminxiao Capsules has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic urticaria, and can reduce the levels of IgE, relieve the clinical symptoms of patients, which has a certain clinical application value.
