目的 观察舒肝解郁胶囊联合柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗复发型溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法 2011年6月—2014年6月烟台市莱阳中心医院收治的复发型溃疡型结肠炎患者96例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各48例。对照组口服柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片,4片/次,4次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上口服舒肝解郁胶囊,2粒/次,2次/d。两组均连续治疗8周,并进行1年随访。观察两组患者的临床疗效和复发率。结果 治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为66.67%、81.25%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组和治疗组的复发率分别为12.50%、4.17%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 舒肝解郁胶囊联合柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗复发型溃疡性结肠炎具有较好的临床疗效,可显著降低复发率,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shugan Jieyu Capsule combined with sulfasalazine in treatment of relapsing ulcerative colitis. Methods Patients (96 cases) with relapsing ulcerative colitis in Laiyang Center Hospital of Yantai from June 2011 to June 2014 were randomly divided into control (n = 48 ) and treatment (n = 48 ) groups. The patients in the control group were po administered with Sulfasalazine Enteric-coated Tablets, 4 tablets/time, four times daily. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shugan Jieyu Capsules on the basis of the control group, 2 capsules/time, twice daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks, and 1 year was followed up. After treatment, the efficacy and recurrence rate was evaluated. Results After treatment, the efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 66.67% and 81.25%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). The recurrence rates in the control and treatment groups were 12.50% and 4.17%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Shugan Jieyu Capsule combined with sulfasalazine has clinical curative effect in treatment of relapsing ulcerative colitis, and can significantly reduce the recurrence rate, which has a certain clinical application value.
