目的 探究利巴韦林联合聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a在治疗慢性丙型肝炎中的临床疗效。方法 选取2010年6月—2012年6月在西安市唐都医院进行治疗的慢性丙型肝炎患者100例，随机分成对照组（50例）和治疗组（50例），在常规治疗的基础上，对照组口服利巴韦林片，0.3 g/次，3次/d，同时皮下或肌肉注射重组人干扰素α2a注射液，500万IU/次，每周3次。治疗组皮下注射聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a注射液，180 μg/次，每周1次，利巴韦林的用法用量同对照组。两组均治疗48周。治疗结束后比较两组患者血清丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）复常率、HCV RNA转阴率及不良反应。结果 治疗后，治疗组患者治疗结束时病毒学应答（ETVR）和持续病毒学应答（SVR）比例分别为82%、76%，均明显高于对照组的64%、50%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗24、48周及治疗后24周，治疗组HCV RNA转阴率和ALT复常率均明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 利巴韦林联合聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a治疗慢性丙肝有较好的临床疗效，可以在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of ribavirin combined with polyethylene glycol interferon α-2a in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C. Methods Patients with chronic hepatitis C (100 cases) in Xi'an Tangdu Hospital from June 2010 to June 2012 were randomly divided into treatment (50 cases) and control (50 cases) groups. The patients in the control group were po administered with Ribavirin Tablet, 0.3 g/time, for three times daily on the basis of routine therapy, and at the same time, they were im or sc administered with Recombinant Interferon α-2a Injection, 5×10⁶ U/time, for three times a week. The patients in the treatment group were sc administered with Polyethylene Glycol Interferon α-2a Injection, 180 μg/time, once a week, at the same time, ribavirin at dosage was used as the same in the control group. The patients in two groups were treated for 48 weeks. The recovery rate of ALT, RNA negative rate of HCV, and adverse reactions were compared after treatment. Results After treatment, the proportions of ETVR and SVR were 82% and 76%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those of the control group (64% and 50%), and they were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The recovery rate of ALT and RNA negative rate of HCV 24 and 48 weeks after treatment in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Ribavirin combined with polyethylene glycol interferon α-2a has an accurate curative effect on chronic hepatitis C, which could be used in clinic.
