目的 调查滦南县妇幼保健院2009—2013年儿科住院输液处方不合理用药的情况。方法 通过回顾性分析滦南县妇幼保健院2009—2013年儿科住院输液处方，统计并分析其中的不合理用药及联合用药情况。结果 2009—2013年儿科住院输液处方为11 456张，其中儿科总的处方为12 874张，输液处方占儿科总处方单的88.99%；联合用药为7 576张，占整体调查处方总数的58.84%。总共发现不合理的输液处方用药单280张，占调查输液处方总数的2.44%，占住院总处方数的2.17%。主要的不合理用药为联合用药种类不当，用量、用法不当以及重复给药。结论 滦南县妇幼保健院儿科住院处方中，静脉输液处方比例较大，且联合用药情况普遍，存在用法、用量不当和重复给药现象。应该加强行政管理手段，严格把关药物的使用，同时不断提高医生的专业水平，并利用多种载体进行强化宣传以提高医院各级医生的合理用药观念。

Objective To investigate the conditions of unreasonable medicine used for infusion formulas in Pediatric Inpatient Department of Luannan County Maternity and Children Health Hospital from 2009 to 2013. Methods By retrospectively analyzing the infusion formulas in Pediatric Inpatient Department from 2009 to 2013, the unreasonable medicine and drug combination conditions were recorded and investigated. Results There were 11 456 infusion formulas in Pediatric Inpatient Department during 2009－2013, accounted for 88.99% in total prescriptions (12 874). And there were 7 576 prescriptions, accounted for 58.84% in total prescriptions. There were 280 unreasonble medicine prescriptions in total, accounted for 2.44% in total prescriptions and 2.17% in inpatient prescriptions. The main types of unreasonable medicine were irrational drug combination, improper quantity, and incorrect method, as well as repeated adminstration of medicine. Conclusion Among the prescriptions in Pediatric Inpatient Department of Luannan County Maternity and Children Health Hospital, vein infusion formulas take up for a larger part of them, and it’s common use of drug combination here, also the improper quantity, incorrect method, and repeated use of medicine existed. In order to enhance the reasonable medicine conception of doctors, administrative management should be strengthen, so as to be strict with drug use, improve the professional standards of doctors at the same time, and propagandize all the requirements through media for improving the concept of doctors with the rational use of medicines in some ways.
