目的 对柠檬挥发油成分进行分析。方法 采用水蒸气蒸馏提取柠檬挥发油成分,气相色谱–质谱联用技术分离,面积归一化法分析。结果 共分离出100余种成分,鉴别出其中40种成分,其量占挥发油总量的93.954%。结论 柠檬挥发油中主要成分为柠檬烯、β-蒎烯等。

[Abstract]
Objective To analyze the chemical constituents in the volatile oil from Citrus limon. Methods Steam distillation was coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) for the separation of volatile oil from C. limon. The volatile oil compounds were quantified by the accuracy of area percent. Results One hundred components were separated, and 40 of them were identified, accounting to about 93.954% of the total volatile oil components. Conclusion The main components are limonene and β-palmitic acid in the volatile oil from C. limon.
