目的 调查分析天津市儿童医院中成药的品种和使用现状，提高合理用药水平，保障儿童用药安全。方法 回顾性统计分析2012年1月—2012年12月临床使用中成药的品种、剂型、作用类别等。结果 中成药中以便于儿童服用的口服液及颗粒剂居多；临床应用以祛痰、清热、解表作用的药物为主；临床使用中成药科室中内科最多，达到50%；药品说明书中详细标有分年龄段服药剂量的占53%。结论 天津市儿童医院中成药使用较为合理，但也存在一些问题，需引起儿科医生的注意。

Objective To analyze the utilization of Chinese patent medicines in Tianjin Children’s Hospital, in order to improve the level of rational use of Chinese patent medicines to guarantee children’s safety. Methods Species, dosage forms, and drug varieties of Chinese patent medicines from January 2012 to December 2012 were analyzed, retrospectively. Results The most Chinese patent medicines are oral liquid and granule, which facilitate children to use. The most kinds of Chinese patent medicines are anti-asthmatic, clearing drug, and relieving superficies. The usage of Chinese patent medicines in internal medicine is accounting for 50%. The drugs instructions with marked dosage in ages accounts for 53%. Conclusion Chinese patent medicines in Tianjin Children’s Hospital are used reasonably, but there are still some problems which need to cause the attention of pediatricians.
