目的 建立同时测定接骨片中阿魏酸和芍药苷的高效液相色谱(HPLC)方法。方法 色谱柱为安捷伦Zorbax SB C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相为乙腈–0.1%磷酸溶液(12∶88);检测波长为230 nm;体积流量为1.0 mL/min;柱温为30 ℃;进样量为10 μL。结果 HPLC方法总运行时间为20 min,阿魏酸和芍药苷在线性范围内均呈现良好线性关系(r>0.999 9),方法的精密度、重复性、加样回收率均符合要求。结论 本法灵敏准确、重复性好、操作简便,可作为接骨片中阿魏酸和芍药苷的测定及质量控制方法。

Objective To establish a quantitative method for simultaneous determination of ferulic acid and paeoniflorin in Jiegu Tablets by HPLC. Methods The separation was performed on an Agilent Zorbax SB C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid solution (12∶88), at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 230 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. The injection volume was 10 μL. Results The total running time was 20 min. The linear relationship between the concentration and peak areas of the two compounds were all linear (r >0.999 9). The precision, recovery, and repeatability tests met the demands for quantitative determination well. Conclusion The method could be used for the quality control of Jiegu Tablets with a good sensitivity, accuracy, and reproducibility.
