[摘要]
目的 建立测定栀丹安神颗粒中栀子苷的高效液相色谱方法。方法 采用Phenomenex ODS(3)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相:甲醇–水(27∶73);体积流量:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:240 nm;进样量:10 μL;柱温:35 ℃。结果 栀子苷在40.64~609.60 ng与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.74%,RSD值为1.09%(n=9)。结论 本方法操作简便、结果准确,专属性强,可用于栀丹安神颗粒中栀子苷的测定。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of geniposide in Zhidan Anshen Granule. Methods Geniposide was determined on Phenomenex ODS (3) column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-water (27︰73) with the flow rate at 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 240 nm and the column temperature was 35 ℃ with injection volume of 10 μL. Results The linear range of geniposide was 40.64―609.60 ng (r = 0.999 5). The average recovery rate was 97.74% with RSD at 1.09% (n = 9). Conclusion The method is rapid, simple, and accurate, and could be used for the determination of geniposide in Zhidan Anshen Granule.
