[摘要]
目的 研究新疆阿魏树脂的化学成分。方法 利用硅胶、ODS柱色谱、HPLC色谱及反复重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱分析对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果 分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为7-羟基香豆素(1)、香草醛(2)、松柏醛(3)、3-(3,4-二甲氧基苯基)-2-丙烯醛(4)、阿魏酸(5)和β-谷甾醇(6)。结论 化合物3、4均为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物2为首次从新疆阿魏中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents in resin of Ferula sinkiangensis. Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel and ODS column, HPLC, recrystallization and the structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical constants and spectral analyses. Results Six compounds were obtained and their structures were identified as 7-hydroxycoumain (1), vanillin (2), coniferyl aldehyde (3), 3-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-2-propenal (4), ferulic acid (5), and β-sitosterol (6). Conclusion Compounds 3 and 4 are isolated from the plants of Ferula L. for the first time and compound 2 is isolated from F. sinkiangensis for the first time.
