手性化合物作为特殊的物质群体，使用普通的分析方法往往很难实现对其进行定量或定性分析。气相色谱虽然只适用于易挥发且热稳定的化合物，但将气相色谱与质谱、手性固定相等联用或对手性化合物进行衍生以及特异性内标后，使用气相色谱对手性化合物进行分析依然能取得理想效果。对近年来气相色谱在手性分析中的应用和相关研究进展进行综述。
