目的 建立无糖型宁心安神糖浆中五味子醇甲和五味子乙素的测定方法。方法 采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相:甲醇–水(73∶27),检测波长:250 nm,柱温:30 ℃,体积流量:1.0 mL/min,进样体积:10 μL。结果 五味子醇甲、五味子乙素分别在0.16~1.6 μg(r=0.999 9)和0.04~0.40 μg(r=0.999 1)呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为100.00%、100.04%,RSD分别为0.60%、0.18% (n=6)。结论 该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为无糖型宁心安神糖浆质量控制的方法。

[Abstract]
Objective To develop a method for the determination of schisandrol A and schisandrin B in Sugarless Ningxin Anshen Syrup. Methods The samples were separated on Kromasil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) with methanol -water (73:27) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 250 nm and column temperature was 30 ℃ with injection volume of 10 μL at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. Results The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0.16 —1.6 μg (r=0.999 9) and 0.04 — 0.40 μg (r=0.999 1) for schisandrol A and schisandrin B, respectively. The average recovery rate was 100.00% and 100.04% with RSD at 0.60% and 0.18%, respectively (n=6). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and repeatable for the quality control of Sugarless Ningxin Anshen Syrup.
