建立HPLC法测定金匮肾气丸中马钱苷的方法。方法 采用HPLC法测定。色谱柱：Agilent XDB C18（250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm）；流动相：甲醇–乙腈–0.1%磷酸（10∶10∶80）；检测波长：236 nm；体积流量：1.0 mL/min。结果 马钱苷在0.042～2.100 μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 8），平均回收率为98.84%，RSD为0.83%（n=6）。结论 本方法稳定、可靠，可作为金匮肾气丸的质量控制方法。

To establish an HPLC method to determine loganin in Jinkui Shenqi Pills. Methods HPLC method was used. Loganin was assayed on an Agilent XDB C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column, the mobile phase composed of methanol- acetonitrile- 0.1% phosphoric acid solution (10∶10∶80) at a flow rate 1.0 mL/min, the determination wavelength was 236 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.042—2.100 μg (r=0.999 8). The average recovery of loganin was 98.84% with RSD 0.83% (n=6). Conclusion The method is proved to be simple, reliable, accurate, repeatable, and can be used for the quality control of Jinkui Shenqi Pills．
