建立HPLC法测定肾康颗粒中延胡索乙素的方法。方法 采用Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);以甲醇–乙腈–1%醋酸铵缓冲液(pH 5.0±0.02)(12∶28∶60)为流动相,体积流量1.0 mL/min,检测波长283 nm。结果 延胡索乙素在0.077 76~1.555 20 μg线性良好(r=0.999 9),样品平均加样回收率和RSD值分别为99.6%、1.91%。结论 此方法简便、准确、重现性良好,可用于肾康颗粒中延胡索乙素的测定。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Shenkang Granula. Methods Kromasil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methol-acetonitrile-1% ammonium acetate (pH 5.0±0.02) (12∶28∶60). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was at 283 nm. Results The linear range of tetrahydropalmatine was 0.077 76—1.555 20 μg (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.6% and RSD was 1.91%. Conclusion This method is simple, precise, and with good repeatability, and can be used to determine tetrahydropalmatine in Shenkang Granula.
