[摘要]
目的 建立妇乐颗粒中丹皮酚的HPLC测定方法。方法 采用超声提取–高效液相色谱法,Agilent色谱分析柱XDB-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),以甲醇–水–磷酸(350∶150∶1)为流动相,体积流量为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为274 nm,外标法计算。结果 丹皮酚在0.387~4.641 μg/mL线性关系良好(r=0.999 6),样品平均回收率为98.7%,RSD为0.56%。结论 该方法测定妇乐颗粒中丹皮酚具有快速、简便、灵敏、重现性好等优点。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish a method for determination of paeonol in Fule Granula by HPLC. Methods Ultrasonic extraction and HPLC were used. Separation was performed on an Agilent XDB-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm)column of HPLC. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-phosphoric acid (350∶150∶1). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and at a detection wavelength of 274 nm. The determination was a external standard method. Results The linear range of methods was 0.387—4.641 μg/mL, r=0.999 6. The average recovery was 98.7% with RSD 0.56%. Conclusion The method is fast, simple, sensitive, and repeatability for determination of paeonol in Fule Granula.
