目的 研究影响清脑降压滴丸成型的因素,确定最佳制备工艺。方法 通过单因素筛选和正交试验设计,进行清脑降压滴丸的制备工艺条件的研究。结果 优选的最佳成型工艺为药物与基质配比为1∶2、基质为聚乙二醇6000、滴制温度为75 ℃、冷却液温度为10 ℃。结论 优选的清脑降压滴丸成型工艺简便易行,成品得率高,丸质量差异、崩解时限符合要求。

Objective To optimize the technical parameters on Qingnao Jiangya Dropping Pills. Methods To investigate the preparation technique and optimal formulation of Qingnao Jiangya Dropping Pills based on the studies of influential factors, optimal formulation was obtained by the orthogonal design. Results The optimum molding parameters were as follows: the ratio between drug and matrix was 1∶2, matrix was PEG 6000, dropping temperature was 75 ℃, the cooling fluid temperature was 10 ℃. Conclusion The optimization of the molding process is simple, high-yield, and the weight deviation and the disintegration time conform to the standard.
