目的 研究胡黄连苦苷Ⅱ在大鼠肠道各区段的吸收动力学特征、吸收部位。方法 采用大鼠在体肠循环灌流实验,采用HPLC法对循环液中的胡黄连苦苷Ⅱ进行分析,研究其吸收部位和吸收动力学特征。结果 胡黄连苦苷Ⅱ在肠道各部位的吸收速率常数(Ka)和表观渗透系数(Papp)按照空肠、回肠、十二指肠的顺序依次下降。结论 胡黄连苦苷Ⅱ在肠道内无明显的特异吸收部位,吸收呈现一级吸收动力学特征。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the absorption kinetics of picroside Ⅱ at different intestine segments of rats. Methods The intestine in rats was cannulated for in situ recirculation. Picroside Ⅱ concentration in the flux was measured by the reversed phase HPLC. The absorption characteristics and sites of picroside Ⅱ in intestine were reseached. Results The absorption rate constant (Ka) and apparent permeability coefficient (Papp) in rats was descended as the order of jejunum, ileum, and duodenum. Conclusion The intestinal absorption for picroside Ⅱ in rats had no specific absorption site. The absorption of picroside Ⅱ in rat′s intestine is a first-order process.
