[摘要]
目的 建立HPLC法测定脑通颗粒中丹酚酸B。方法 采用迪马色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);以甲醇–乙腈–甲酸–水溶液(30∶10∶0.5∶59.5)为流动相;检测波长286 nm;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温40 ℃;进样量10 μL。结果 丹酚酸B在0.441 6~2.208 0 μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 7),样品的平均回收率为98.65%,RSD为1.71%。结论 本法重现性好、稳定可靠,可作为脑通颗粒的质量控制方法。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish a method for HPLC determination of salvianolic acid B in Naotong Granula. Methods The condition for HPLC was Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-acetonitrile-formic acid-water (30∶10∶0.5∶59.5) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was 40 ℃. The injection volume was 10 μL, and detection wavelength was 286 nm. Results The linear range was of 0.441 6—2.208 0 μg for salvianolic acid B and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 7. The average recovery was 98.65% with RSD 1.71%. Conclusion The method is reproducible, reliable, and can be used for quality control of Naotong Granula.
