摘 要：法舒地尔（Fasudil）是一种 Rho 激酶抑制剂，通过阻断血管收缩过程肌球蛋白轻链磷酸化来扩张血管，抑制血管痉挛，临床上主要用于治疗蛛网膜下腔出血。近年来，关于法舒地尔对心脑血管疾病的机制研究不断深入。对法舒地尔治疗短暂性脑缺血发作、脑梗死、椎基底动脉供血不足、蛛网膜下腔出血等脑血管疾病及冠状动脉性心脏病、心肌肥厚、心肌梗死、充血性心力衰竭等心血管疾病的药理作用及临床应用进行综述。

Abstract: Fasudil，a Rho kinase inhibitor，can inhibit blood vessel spasm by blocking phosphorylation of myosin light chain in vasoconstriction．Currently，it is mainly used for the treatment of subarachnoid hemorrhage．In recent years，more and more studies about its mechanism in treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have been furthered．This article reviews the pharmacological actions and clinical application of Fasudil on these cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases，such as transient ischemic attack，cerebral infarction，posterior circulation ischemia，subarachnoid hemorrhage，myocardial hypertrophy，myocardial infarction，and congestive heart failure．
