[摘要]
目的 研究鹰嘴豆Cicer arietinum的化学成分。方法 采用多种色谱技术进行分离精制,通过理化性质和波谱分析进行结构鉴定。结果 从鹰嘴豆中共分离得到4个化合物,其结构鉴定为:大豆精醇A(soyasapoginol A, Ⅰ)、β-香树脂醇(Ⅱ)、 β-谷甾醇(Ⅲ)和大豆皂苷Bb(soyasaponin Bb,Ⅳ)。结论 化合物Ⅰ~Ⅳ均为首次从鹰嘴豆中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents in Cicer arietinum L. Methods Various chromatographic techniques were adopted for separation and purification of the constituents, and their structures were identified through analysis of physicochemical properties and various spectral data.Results Four constituentswere obtained from C. arietinum L. Their structures were determined as soyasapoginol A (Ⅰ), β-amyrin (Ⅱ), β-sitosterol (Ⅲ), and soyasaponin Bb (Ⅳ).Conclusion The four constituents are isolated from C.arietinum L. for the first time.
