[摘要]
目的 对荆三棱Scirpus yagara根茎进行化学成分研究。方法 利用硅胶柱色谱、反相ODS柱色谱等方法分离和精制,通过理化性质和波谱分析等方法对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果 分离得到的7个化合物,分别鉴定为白桦脂醇(Ⅰ)、木犀草素(Ⅱ)、槲皮素(Ⅲ)、白藜芦醇(Ⅳ)、白皮杉醇(Ⅴ)、荆三棱素A(Ⅵ)和荆三棱素B(Ⅶ)。结论 化合物Ⅱ和Ⅲ为首次从该种植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Scirpus yagara. Methods Column chromatography on silica gel and RP-ODS were used to repeatedly separated and purified, and the compounds were identified by spectral methods.Results Seven compounds were obtained from the EtOAc fraction. On the basis of NMR spectrum, they were identified as betulin (Ⅰ), luteolin (Ⅱ), quercetin (Ⅲ), reveratrol (Ⅳ), piceatanol (Ⅴ), scirpusin A (Ⅵ), and scirpusin B (Ⅶ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅱ and Ⅲ were isolated from Scirpus yagara for the first time.
