[摘要]
目的 对桑科构树属植物构树的果实——楮实子的化学成分进行研究。方法 采用柱色谱法进行分离、精制,通过理化性质和波谱分析方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果 从楮实子95%乙醇冷浸物中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为胡萝卜苷棕榈酸酯(Ⅰ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅱ)、苯丙氨酸(Ⅲ)、色氨酸(Ⅳ)、壬二酸(Ⅴ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅵ)、蔗糖(Ⅶ)。结论 化合物Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ均首次在楮实子中分得。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the fruit of Broussonetia papyrifera (L.) Vent. Methods Compounds were isolated and purified by silica column chromatography, and the structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analyses. Results Sevene compounds, daucosterol palmitate (Ⅰ), daucosterol (Ⅱ), phenylalanine (Ⅲ), tryptophane (Ⅳ), azelaic acid (Ⅴ), β-sitosterol (Ⅵ), and sucrose (Ⅶ) were isolated and identified. Conclusion Compound Ⅰ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, and Ⅴ are isolated from the fruit of B. papyridera for the first time.
