目的 研究肺瘤平膏联合化疗对肺癌患者细胞免疫功能及相关炎症因子水平的影响。方法 选取2014年5月—2016年12月本院收治的202例非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象，按信封法随机分为单化疗组（对照组）和肺瘤平膏与化疗联合治疗组（观察组），每组各101例。观察两组近期治疗疗效、治疗前后细胞免疫功能、炎症因子水平，并记录不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗后有效率及稳定率均显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后观察组CD₃⁺、CD₄⁺、CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺及NK均显著高于对照组（P<0.05），而CD₈⁺显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后与对照组相比，观察组血清中IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CPR水平均显著降低（P<0.05）。治疗后观察组不良反应情况显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 肺瘤平膏联合化疗可有效提高肺癌患者临床疗效，调节机体免疫机制，降低炎症因子水平，改善病情，降低不良反应发生，值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of Feiliuping ointment combined with chemotherapy on the cellular immune function and related inflammatory factors in patients with lung cancer. Methods A total of 202 patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) admitted to Henan Cancer Hospital from May 2014 to December 2016 were selected as subjects. They were randomly divided into the simple chemotherapy group (control group) and Feiliuping Ointment combined with chemotherapy group (observation group), and there were 101 cases in each group. The short-term curative effect, cellular immune function, and levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment were observed and the adverse reactions were recorded. Results The effective rate and stability rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Levels of CD₃⁺, CD₄⁺, CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺, and NK in the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05), while CD₈⁺ was significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the levels of serum IL-6, TNF-α, and hs-CPR were significantly lower in the observation group after treatment (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Feiliuping Ointment combined with chemotherapy can effectively improve the clinical curative effect on lung cancer, regulate the immune mechanism, reduce the levels of inflammatory factors, improve the condition, and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions in patients, thus deserving promoting.
