[摘要]
目的 对滇川翠雀花Delphinium delavayi中的生物碱成分进行研究。方法 利用硅胶、ODS、氧化铝和高效液相色谱等柱色谱方法进行系统分离纯化,通过HR-ESI-MS、1H-NMR和13C-NMR等波谱手段以及文献对比方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果 从滇川翠雀花中共分离得到14个生物碱类成分,包括13个牛扁碱型C19二萜生物碱:翠雀亭(1)、翠雀它星(2)、delbonine(3)、delbotine(4)、牛扁碱(5)、翠雀灵(6)、德尔瓦印A(7)、德尔瓦印B(8)、德尔色明甲(9)、氨茴酰牛扁碱(10)、拉翠碱A和B(11)、shawurensine(12)、甲基牛扁碱(13)和1个异喹啉类生物碱S-glaucine(14)。结论 14个生物碱均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中,化合物14为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Delphinium delavayi. Methods The chemical constituents were separated and purified by column chromatography silica gel, ODS, aluminium oxide, and HPLC. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis, including HR-ESI-MS, NMR experiments and comparison of their spectral data with those described in the literature. Results Thirteen lycoctonine C19-type diterpenoid alkaloids and one isoquinoline alkaloid were isolated from the whole plant of D. delavayi, and the structures were identified as delphatine (1), deltatsine (2), delbonine (3), delbotine (4), lycoctonine (5), delsoline (6), delavaine A (7), delavaine B (8), delsemine A (9), anthranoyllycoctonine (10), gyalanine A and B (11), shawurensine (12), methyllycaconitine (13), and S-glaucine (14) respectively. Conclusion All compounds are isolated from the plants of D. delavayi for the first time. Among them, compound 14 is isolated from the plants of genus Delphinium for the first time.
